DELIVERY AND RETURNS


SHIPPING

We use An Post (Irish post service) for deliveries.

Delivery in Ireland usually takes between 1 and 3 working days.

We aim to ship all in stock items within 3 working day. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Delivery address must have an occupant for expected delivery dates.

In case of items returned to us as undelivered. We will issue a refund for the cost of the items less actual postage cost incurred by us and less a restocking fee of 25%.

If an item is not in stock we will contact you to discuss the options.

Delivery rates will be defined in function of the customer Country. See the picture below in order to define your correct postal zone before doing orders.

Free delivery on orders up to 150€ with “standardpost” (only for skeins and rolags)

Contact us by mail if you desire a “tracked delivery”.

RETURNS AND REFOUND

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return an item back to our store, where we can find you an alternative item, or resolve the issue quickly and in person.

Returns will be accepted if they are in an unused, unopened and saleable condition.

Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Goods must have accompanying receipt and note of reason for return.

Refunds will be made on receipt of returned goods and credited by the same method as the original payment, or we will offer an exchange or credit note, depending on the choice of the customer.

We will issue a refund for the cost of the items less actual postage cost incurred by us.

Goods delivered carriage free of charge will be subject to a carriage charge if returned for refund.

We cannot accept liability for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit.

We advise to return items by registered post. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

Any damaged or malfunctioning items must be highlighted to us within 7 days. Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable.
